Administrative and Support Staff
Your contribution to our firm is incredibly important. Many times you are the face of our firm, the contact with the client and the invaluable support to the accountant. You would be the organizer, list keeper and be relied on to follow up! This is a highly detailed environment, therefore you will need to demonstrate strong attention to detail. Your experience or training in Microsoft 365 is essential.
Here are some of the skills we look for in our support staff:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe
• Accuracy

• Multi-tasking skills
• Calm and patient
